Flying over a christmassy New York, Green Goblin attacks the city as it heads towards the F.E.A.S.T. 2002 Spider-Man warns Peter that he knows exactly where Goblin is going, he immediately calls Happy to tell him to take Aunt May away from the F.E.A.S.T. Goblin arrives, but from a portal comes his Spider-Man and hits him, like in their old final fight, but this time Goblin breaks free and throws a bomb at Aunt May: Happy grabs the bomb in time and throws it at Goblin, but both are involved in the explosion. Happy is in dire condition, and is taken away in an ambulance. Goblin disappeared in the smoke of the of the explosion: no one knows if he is dead.
